Kevin Foley, Head of Market and Business Development

Kevin is an original thinker when it comes to direct response advertising, and something of a specialist when it comes to direct mail and interactive media. As a true perfectionist, he demands the best for every campaign, and thrives on beating control. A leading UK insurance company once asked Kevin to develop a mailing for a head-to-head challenge against their control pack. The result was a landslide win - 115% over control.

Kim possesses an enviable skill set that runs the gamut from direct response and database marketing to strategic planning and electronic media advertising. For instance, for a large bank, he developed risk criteria, predictive score cards and implementation of application decision platforms. For a top pharmaceutical firm, he managed evaluation of marketing and sales initiatives at various regions throughout the United States. Both these initiatives succeeded in streamlining processes for managing consumer data and transformed the way the companies interacted with their customers.


Alison Wild, Head of Client Services

Alison's specialty is client services. She’s there to ensure that expectations are not just met, but exceeded. She combines a strong, results-orientated approach with classic direct marketing training to develop marketing strategies and implement tactical plans, on schedule and within budget. With nearly 20 years experience in financial services, Alison has successfully launched credit card and life insurance products, and initiated cross-selling, acquisition, loyalty and CRM programmes, with a personal involvement from initial planning through to final analysis.


Harry Metcalfe, Head of Business Process Outsourcing

Harry thrives on driving efficiency, whether it’s through outsourcing outbound telemarketing functions, providing analytic capabilities or delivering complete customer acquisition programmes. He uses his huge experience in targeting, risk management, credit policy, campaign design, vendor management and campaign analytics to help clients achieve their goals – however ambitious they might be. For instance, Harry developed a complete outsourced customer acquisition solution for a large education lending organisation consisting of 40,000 hours per month, which has resulted in the origination of $505 million per year in assets.
